Which is the best art school?

What art schools/institutes, in your opinion, are the best in the world? What school do you think consistenly produces the most incredible artist? Which schools have you heard the most about? I mean, thheee best. You know?

I am quite curious. Pre-tell.

That is sort of a joke. But, RISD came to mind at first. Don't know much about its reputation.

I only know of one , because its close to where i live,
The Emily Carr Art Institute [link] she was a good artist herself Emily Carr, she painted, and was kindof a hippy.
